Sugar Rush

second life sl nails style blog lelutka pink acid

I haven’t been able to blog anything the past 2 months since I took my SL & RL vacation. But I’m glad to be back. And the first thing I got after my long vacation was a new applier for my Lelutka head. It’s from Pink Acid called Sugar. As usual I have the applier in Latte. It’s a very beautiful looking face complete with subtle pink blush and pretty pink lip gloss. I especially love the pink gloss! It comes with 2 choices of skin appliers with the pink gloss and without, also with two nose options. Pink Acid set this Sugar applier on sale for only 499L for the Body Modification Expo.

Pink Acid Mixer

second life skin pink acidAfter about 20 posts, I’ve noticed I blogged mostly using Pink Acid skin. I know whenever some friends asked me which skin they should get, I always answer Pink Acid straight away. Pink Acid is simply my favorite skin. I tend to use the same skin a lot once I really like and comfortable with it. I have other skins that come close to my second favorite, but all this time Pink Acid Catherine is what I wear on daily basis. I love the realistic skin Pink Acid has, along with its usual highlighted and contoured face. Especially under certain windlight and sky settings, the skin would look fabulously glowing. I can’t stress enough how much I love the skins Stacey Oller, Pink Acid owner, have released. So far, my favorites are Necee and Anakoi among some others. Not only skins, Pink Acid also released great looking lip appliers for loudmouth and other mesh lips brands. But since I use loudmouth, I keep buying its loudmouth appliers and I love the bold lippies they have.

Today is another Saturday, which means shopping day for me. As normally some stores have saturday sale on certain items, I was just looking for new things to buy. I saw some new releases on Cosmetic Fair event but nothing caught my eye other than Pink Acid releases, which unfortunately for Lelutka Mesh Head appliers. They are very beautiful and I nearly got Lelutka Mesh Head just for that applier. But I love my loudmouth that I gave it another thought before converting to mesh head. Well, I have Slink Visage for mesh head but I still haven’t found many lips appliers for visage that I really love. For me, loudmouth appliers are still my favorite so far.

unprocessed shot of the skin ( the seam around loudmouth and slink physique neck still visible) lipstick is the original loudmouth applier that comes in the skin pack.

Anyway, while looking for today’s events, I came across Lubbly Jubblies event. It’s an event specifically for people with mesh bodies. While browsing the designer stalls, I saw Pink Acid logo and ran to it immediately to find they put 2 items on sale for that event: TMP lips appliers and skin that comes with base skin and several appliers for mesh bodies and lips. What surprised me was it was only 55L. Say what? Yes, 55L! I had to double check because… how awesome is it? I expected at least 500L and more. And I didn’t underestimate the skin (like I did before with other brands) even though it costs less than 100L. I tried the demo, and instantly in love with the new face! It is so perfect and never before I love my face more than this. I got Latte skintone and been shopping more to dress me up after I got this new skin. And I just have to share about this skin on a blogpost, hence this lengthy babble about Pink Acid Mixer. Haha. Seems like I will take pictures way more starting from tomorrow. Also check out Pink Acid Mainstore for other fabulous skins.
